Overview
RCAP’s National SRF Infrastructure Financing & Training Workshop, taking place in Seattle, Washington, August 17th–19th, 2027, is focused on transforming infrastructure funding into real-world water and wastewater projects. The workshop focuses on financing, implementation, compliance, innovation, technical solutions, and partnership strategies.
Attendees include state and federal funding leaders, utility professionals, engineers, consultants, technical assistance providers, financial institutions, and organizations advancing water infrastructure solutions in rural and Tribal communities and beyond.
Registration will open on February 1, 2027.
Call for Abstracts
RCAP is soliciting abstracts for the 2027 SRF Workshop. Sessions should focus on practical lessons learned, field experience, emerging priorities, and strategies that help communities successfully plan, finance, and implement infrastructure improvements.
Submissions can take the format of workshop/hands-on training sessions, small group discussions/table topics, panel discussions/Q&A, or presentations. Applicants may submit multiple abstracts.
We welcome SRF-related abstracts and are especially interested in sessions aligned with these themes:
- SRF Fundamentals & Beginner Track
- Utility Capacity Development (Technical/Managerial/Financial)
- Compliance & Regulatory Readiness
- SRF Funding for Resilience, Emergency Response & Cybersecurity
- Innovative Infrastructure & Emerging Practices
