RCAP Webinar | Engaging our Communities: Tales from Appalachia, the Piedmont, and the Southeastern Coastal Plain

Like all regions, the communities of the Southeastern United States reflect their histories, their geographies, their victories and their challenges. This training will provide some tips and case studies from the field—about engaging traditional small, and rural environmental justice communities for water projects in the southeast. Strategies are drawn in part from SERCAP’s 50 years of experience, as well as those newly linked to our EFC/SRF water infrastructure initiatives and outreach. This webinar is funded under RCAP’s EFC 23 – 25 grant.

The speaker for this webinar is Jon Cawley, Environmental Finance Center Lead, Southeast Rural Community Assistance Project (SERCAP).
