RCAP is a national network of nonprofit partners with over 350 technical assistance providers across the country.
How RCAP Works
The Rural Community Assistance Partnership (RCAP) oversees a number of environment-focused technical assistance and training programs as part of its mission to help rural and tribal communities build resilience, sustainability and improve quality of life.
Through these efforts, RCAP builds local capacity to ensure these small, rural and tribal communities have safe, affordable and reliable access to drinking water, wastewater and solid waste disposal to protect public and environmental health. This key infrastructure is the foundation on which these communities can then build to more broadly innovate and thrive.
