RCAP Webinar | Lessons from the Field: A Win for the WIIN Grant

In this training we will discuss the specifics of WIIN Small, Underserved and Disadvantaged Communities Grant funding and project management using a case study. We will address ways to navigate typical project hang-ups like differing compliance and construction timelines, construction and engineering delays, and contract interpretation and procurement. Participants will walk away with a better understanding of why to apply for a WIIN grant, and what to do if their WIIN project has gotten stuck.
