Building Capacity for Drinking Water Systems Through Partnerships (1 Hour Webinar)
All drinking water systems face their own specific set of challenges when it comes to providing safe and affordable drinking water. Identifying and addressing specific vulnerabilities in the technical, managerial, and financial (TMF) capacity of water systems could become a catalyst for developing water system partnerships.
Water system partnerships are a problem-solving and program-enhancing tool for addressing the multifaceted challenges that water systems face. The impact of water system partnerships encompasses a broad range of issues and requires collaboration across a wide spectrum of stakeholders to address and provide solutions. This increases the capacity, improves resilience, and enables systems to provide their communities with safe water.
The goal of this webinar is to introduce and reinforce the concept that developing partnerships builds capacity and increases resilience in drinking water systems. This webinar is funded under RCAP’s EPA NPA 1 24 – 26 grant.
Our presenter is Anna Mahan, Technical Assistance Provider, Southeast Rural Community Assistance Project, Inc. (SERCAP).
