Straight From the TAP – Thi Pham

February 28, 2019 | Blog, General RCAP News

On Straight From the TAP today, we spoke with Thi Pham, a Rural Development Specialist located in California with RCAC, RCAP’s Western Region. Pham has spent the last 3 years providing her expertise to the RCAC team.

Before joining the RCAP network, she worked at the U.S. Geological Survey doing water quality analysis and modeling. Pham was also the Treasurer of Engineers Without Borders, a non-profit organization providing technical assistance for third world countries to meet basic needs and resolve engineering problems. Combining her passions for non-profits and helping communities get access to safe drinking water, Pham saw the opening with RCAC as a great opportunity. She began her work as the Individual Well Program Lead, and then was promoted to Rural Development Specialist.

Pham enjoys being able to work on a national scale throughout the RCAP network, and knowing that she is making a difference! Thank you, Thi, for all of the hard work and dedication you’ve shown to improve quality of life, starting at the tap.
