Today’s #StraightFromTheTAP highlights a member of our network working in California with RCAP’s Western partner, RCAC. Lee Schegg joined RCAC as a Rural Development Specialist Engineer in 2010. Prior to joining RCAP, Schegg worked for 36 years for the Public Utility Districts in California. In this capacity, he participated in water, wastewater and recreation projects in relatively small mountain communities. These experiences combined with a love of history and travel provided Schegg with exposure to rural communities and their challenges.
As an experienced asset to the RCAP network, Schegg enjoys working with people across the team who have a sense of commitment to serve communities most in need of assistance. He finds his work rewarding as well as the gratitude shown by the people served by RCAP’s resources. Thank you, Lee, for all of the hard work and dedication you’ve shown to improve quality of life, starting at the tap.
