Straight From The TAP – Kristina Hartley

April 24, 2019 | Blog, General RCAP News

#StraightFromTheTAP, our monthly blog series highlighting staff across the RCAP network, kicks off April with Kristina Hartley, a Technical Assistance Provider with the Midwest Assistance Program, Inc. (MAP.) Hartley is based out of southwest Missouri and provides technical assistance all across the state. Prior to joining RCAP, she worked as a Public Works Director. She holds certifications as a water and wastewater operator and a backflow tester. Hartley has been providing her expertise to MAP for 10 years!

For Hartley, the best thing about being involved with the national RCAP network is the vast knowledge base in each region. “Due to RCAP’s nationwide coverage of experienced TAP’s, we are able to offer a profound and unique skillset to our communities in helping them to become sustainable and compliant.” Thank you Kristina, for all of the hard work and dedication you show to improve quality of life, starting at the tap.
