Kim Rutledge, a Technical Assistance Provider in the SERCAP region, is today’s #StraightFromTheTAP spotlight. She has been serving South Carolina for almost two years through her role with RCAP. Rutledge has held positions in both the private and public sector of utilities and has experience with all things water and wastewater. Interacting with GIS has caused her to realize the importance of utility data, and Rutledge was excited about the opportunity to deliver a GIS driven asset management plan, leading her to SERCAP.
Her favorite part about the RCAP network is the dedication shown by all of the team members delivering services to rural communities. Thank you, Kim, for all of the hard work and dedication you’ve shown to improve quality of life, starting at the tap.
