Deborah Patton is a Rural Development Specialist with our Western RCAP, Rural Community Assistance Corporation. She’s been with RCAC for 10 years and works out of Arizona.
Prior to RCAC, Deborah served as the Tribal Water Systems Program Manager for the Inter Tribal Council of Arizona. During her time as Program Manager she was responsible for the first EPA Tribal Certified Operator Certification Program work.
Deborah has spent her whole life living in rural America, so her ability to give back to those communities has been one of her favorite parts about being in the RCAP network. She currently lives on a 255,000 acre cattle ranch and loves that working with RCAC has provided her with opportunities to travel to new and interesting areas of the country.
Thank you, Deborah, for all of the hard work and dedication you’ve shown to improve quality of life, starting at the tap.
