Wastewater utilities must stay in compliance in order to protect human health and the environment, but every day they face threats from the natural environment and from human beings that can disrupt their utility operations. Small communities can act, however, to limit the potential impact of these threats. This webinar will explain how small utilities can assess the potential threats they face from nature and from people, identify the actions they can take to limit those threats, and describe best practices they can implement to respond when an emergency situation arises.
