Many in Rural West Virginia Still Without Water

Tap water is flowing again for some communities in West Virginia affected by a major chemical spill that tainted local drinking water supplies. For many in the impacted area, however, the water remains unsafe to drink. Many of the areas where the water is still unsafe to drink are in the rural communities surrounding Charleston.
