WASHINGTON – U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) Deputy Administrator Robert Perciasepe and U.S. Department of Agriculture (USDA) Deputy Secretary Kathleen Merrigan spent the day Nov. 17 in rural North Carolina discussing the Obama administration’s work to strengthen rural economies.
