Business Insider reported on Dec. 19 that the owners of a Chicago plumbing-supply store are suing Nestle because it did not reveal in its advertisings for bottled water that the store was buying was actually municipal tap water.

The U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) has updated the rule for pathogens in drinking water, including setting a limit for the bacteria E. coli to better protect public health.
