The RCAP network produces a variety of resources in different forms - print, electronic and video, as well as highlighting resources that other organizations or agencies produce that are helpful and useful to small, rural communities. These resources are meant to reach and address various audiences (sometimes more than one), including:
- residents of rural communities where RCAP is working
- utility managers, operators and board members
- RCAP field staff
- policy makers, members of Congress, state and local elected officials and leaders
- RCAP funding agencies
The main national resources are:
- This website
- Rural Matters [1] magazine
- a series of printed guides [2] produced in 2011 on a variety of topics
- the eBulletin [3], RCAP's electronic newsletter
The above resources are produced or maintained on a regular basis with current information and news by or with the involvement of the national office.
RCAP also has many other resources, such as training resources, that are current and useful to communities that RCAP is working with. They are produced by the national office [4] or by RCAP's regional partners [5]. In addition to exploring the categories (sub-navigation items) of this section into which some of these resources are organized, you may find a search (two methods are available) of the RCAP Resources Library helpful:
