New finance staffer in the national office

 

Ms. Eleanor Lloyd is the new Director of Finance in the RCAP national office.  Eleanor started in her position on Aug. 26 and is well into all of her responsibilities, which include supporting regional activities. 

 

Eleanor has more than 35 years of experience in the bookkeeping and accounting field with a wide variety of clients, in particular many nonprofit organizations that receive federal government funding. As she will be working for RCAP on a part-time basis, Eleanor will continue to serve her other clients. She has a wealth of experience with A-133 audits, Federal and District of Columbia grant applications and governmental reporting requirements. Eleanor just returned to the Washington, D.C., area after three years in Florida as the Director of Finance for the Humane Society of Greater Miami. She will bring to all the RCAP regions a high level of support in all of RCAP’s financial affairs and a level of professionalism that is expected from the national office.

 

She will not be in the office every day, but will typically work all day on Wednesdays and Thursdays and other times when her support is needed, including those days around the 10th of the month when we process our reimbursement requests.
