EPA Safe and Sustainable Water Resources Research Program stakeholder meeting
EPA's Safe and Sustainable Water Resources Research Program will hold a public stakeholder meeting on Wednesday, March 28, 2012, from 9 a.m. to noon in the EPA East Hearing Room (Room 1153). Jennifer Orme-Zavaleta, interim National Program Director, will share the details of the new water research program, including research tasks and high-priority products to be delivered. Senior representatives will be in attendance to address questions concerning National Water Program research priorities. Senior representatives of research programs in Homeland Security, Human Health, and Chemicals for a Sustainable Society will also discuss their programs' water-related research pieces. Marc Kodack, from the Office of the Assistant Secretary of the Army for Energy and Sustainability, will join to discuss EPA’s joint venture on Net Zero.
