Jackson County (Ohio) Water Company receives award from Ohio RCAP
The Jackson County Water Company in Ohio was among the several entities and individuals that received awards from Ohio RCAP at its recent "Small Towns, Big Futures" conference, held in Columbus Aug. 24-25.
The water company received the "Carpe Diem" Excellence Award. RCAP gives this award to spotlight companies that "seize every opportunity to improve and expand their services and meet the needs of residents."
Jackson and Vinton County's newspaper, The Telegram, covered the award in an article.
The article quotes the company's general manager, Larry Foster, speaking about RCAP
"It's a good program," Foster said of RCAP, "and does good work."
