RCAP staff member featured in magazine article
John Rauch, a staff member of WSOS Community Action Commission, the Great Lakes RCAP, is featured in an article in the Fall 2009 issue of On Tap, a publication of the National Environmental Services Center (NESC). NESC is a close collaborator of RCAP on some projects.
Rauch is quoted in several points in the article titled "Help Wanted: Water Operator Vacancies Becoming Harder to Fill", which begins on page 21 of the issue.
Written for community leaders, water industry professionals and others interested in small community drinking water treatment issues, On Tap informs people about: technical, financial, operations and maintenance, management, source water protection, and health issues relevant to small drinking water systems.
