The RCAP mission is to assist rural people to improve the quality of life in their communities.
RCAP’s board of directors has set the following as priority areas in order to accomplish this mission:
- Create new services and new approaches to existing services to meet the critical needs of rural communities.
- Increase RCAP’s visibility nationally and regionally.
- Become more effective at mobilizing the political support necessary to influence Congress and various funding agencies.
- Become a truly national partnership [add a note about and link to work being done in the regions].
