Financial Assistance
Does your community need financial assistance for its water or wastewater system?
The Rural Community Assistance Partnership is primarily a provider of technical and managerial assistance. However, RCAP and its regional affiliates have small amounts of funds available as loans to small community systems as another form of assistance it can provide.
RCAP provides financing nationwide through the RCAP Revolving Loan Fund (RLF). The fund is available to assist communities with pre-development costs for capital improvements or to help pay for small projects and improvements. More information on the RCAP RLF and its eligibility requirements
