Notes about the schedule:

  • Events highlighted in blue are sponsored by RCAP.
  • All parts of the conference (plenaries, workshops, receptions, etc.) are open to all attendees. In other words, RCAP attendees may attend HAC-planned workshops, receptions, luncheons, etc., and vice versa. However, there are additional charges for RCAP participants to attend certain HAC events, such as the kick-off reception on Tuesday evening.
  • Room assignments for each event on the schedule will be announced at the conference (available in the conference program, which participants will be given at registration).
