Notes about the schedule:

Events highlighted in blue are sponsored by RCAP.
All parts of the conference (plenaries, workshops, receptions, etc.) are open to all attendees. In other words, RCAP attendees may attend HAC-planned workshops, receptions, luncheons, etc., and vice versa. However, there are additional charges for RCAP participants to attend certain HAC events, such as the kick-off reception on Tuesday evening.
Room assignments for each event on the schedule will be announced at the conference (available in the conference program, which participants will be given at registration).
