It's our birthday!

In 2013, RCAP turns 40! In February 1973, RCAP had its first official coming together - a legal incorporation of the programs that preceded the affiliates in the network we know today. The work in addressing the water and wastewater needs of small, rural communities had started several years before then, but it is this official event, RCAP's incorporation, that we mark this year as our birthday.
